In 2011, Ms. Golabek came aboard Kralovec Jambois & Schwartz in the role of an associate attorney to practice law pertaining to medical and nursing home negligence, as well as personal injury. Passionate for others, Ms. Golabek dedicated her practice to assisting injured individuals and their families, often related to negligent medical care by healthcare providers. Through her passion for serving others, she has consistently delivered favorable client results through her steadfast commitment and due diligence.

In the years between 2012 and 2015, Ms. Golabek successfully negotiatied over nine million dollars in total settlements, often involving cases that featured medical negligence in nursing homes. In addition to cases involving nursing home neglect and abuse, she has worked and successfully settled personal injury cases involving slip and fall accidents and car accidents.

A distinguished scholar, Ms. Golabek attained her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, where she finished magna cum laude as a member of the Student Honors Association and a National Honors Collegiate Scholar. After undergrad, she attained her law degree from The John Marshall School of Law in 2009, where she was an active Moot Court Council member, as well as a Herzog Moot Court Competition Semi-Finalist in 2008. She also participated in many trial competitions, which included the ABA Labor and Employment Competition in 2008. She also participated in the American Association of Justice Trial Advocacy COmpeitions in 2008 and 2009.

Outside the office, Ms. Golabek maintains her commitment to serving others by often volunteering to help serve underprivileged communities and providing pro bono legal work for organizations like the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and the Legal Aid Bureau.
